Hello

I have just upgraded to an iPhone 13. I have swapped over my sim online.

I know it says it can 24 hours until it has changed but does it really take that long? I can’t have no phone for 24 hours due to work purposes

It's usually very quick.

Put your new sim in the phone and keep rebooting until it comes online.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
Thanks.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
