I wanted to move from PAYG to Pay Monthly, so I ordered a new sim, requested a sim swap, but then nothing happened - it's been a week. What shall I do now?

o2 is experiencing issues with moving numbers from one sim to another @Judyta , with it expected to be fixed tomorrow (Friday 22nd July).
I would wait until after the weekend to see if your number has transferred, and if not get in touch with customer services.
You can do that using social media if you have any of those:
