I was due to upgrade and decided to move to a sim only deal but wanted to keep my old number. however upon receiving the sim and doing swap sim my old sim died new sim entered but it is trying to get me to use the new phone number. I have even filled in the keep my number form but still no joy after 3 days
Any help would be appreciated as I cannot get through to o2 customer services.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
