Hello

After dropping my phone in the loo (doh!) phone and sim are both sadly drowned.

I put sim in my daughters spare phone, and it just keeps saying No Sim, no matter what we try.

Is there a way to get a new sim for this (for Apple iphone 5c) please.

Have been trying to use the Live Chat but it's just not working.

Many thanks!

Easiest way is to call in to your local o2 shop (take ID) or call customer services from another phone http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

@JAG1967 It doesn't sound as if a new sim is going to be the solution to your problem. If your phone went into the loo, you probably need a new phone.
