You can order them online from the shop https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards

but the two methods I gave first are probably quicker...

 RUN  to your local store with the ruined sim, in the manner of an ancient Thracian messenger taking news of invasion to his emperor. Throw yourself to your kness and profer the sim ruinous to any available O2 acolyte and beg leave to engineer  a 'sim swap' there and then. Sacrificing the damaged goods to the almighty BEAN.

They may ask that you speak to the wise on the  Electronic Telephonic Vocal Instrument Set, but you will be rewarded for your pains, with an unsullied and pristine sIm forthwith.
