Solved: Sim randomly stopped working

On Sunday I dropped my phone and the mic stopped working and then my phone said no service so I upgraded my phone because it was due an upgrade, got a new sim with it and it still says no service, I can’t ring or text and I have no service, can anyone tell me what’s wrong with my sim?

Also due to the circumstance o2 are not classing this as an emergency so I can’t speak to someone over the phone
