I want to change to a sim only. I’ve been paying over the odds for a long time and now I need to sort my current bill out to the correct monthly amount

If you are out of minimum term then you can do this yourself via myo2 and select the upgrade option or contact the sales 

eam as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

 

If you are still in your minimum term, you will have to pay off any refresh device balance.
