Hi, just ordered a sim only contract yesterday and awaiting delivery, how long does this normally take? Thanks.

Hi I spoke to o2 and they said I have to wait till November before I can upgrade to handset for o2 refresh why is this..? Thanks.

If you read the T&C's I posted above, you'll see it can depend on your credit rating, tariff and paying your bills on time.

If you meet all requirements, you can upgrade in 3 months.

@Ryanjay if you want a handset you're still within your 14 days cooling period so why not cancel your SIM only tariff and take out a contact with a phone?
