Switched to sim only monthly sold to me store for £9 per month. However, my payment details in 'my documents' show a figure of £13 per month. Contact 02 said go back to shop discount should be applied. Shop has said discount has been applied.
Still showing payment figure of £13.
O2 are just passing the parcel. If I am charged the higher amount will have to vote with my feet.
