My current deal has just expired and I’d like to upgrade to a deal I’ve found on uswitch.
Last time I done this I could select an option where I could upgrade my existing deal, but this time when I go to checkout, it’s just going through as a new deal and I cannot see an option for the upgrade even when signed into my account.
Do I need to take it out as a new deal and cancel my current or should the option appear? I’d like to keep my current number as well

I wasn't aware there was a problem as I was able to upgrade in April without difficulty. Now I had to spend an hour on customer services to sort it out for my wife's phone.
