My current deal has just expired and I’d like to upgrade to a deal I’ve found on uswitch.
Last time I done this I could select an option where I could upgrade my existing deal, but this time when I go to checkout, it’s just going through as a new deal and I cannot see an option for the upgrade even when signed into my account.
Do I need to take it out as a new deal and cancel my current or should the option appear? I’d like to keep my current number as well

I wasn't aware there was a problem as I was able to upgrade in April without difficulty. Now I had to spend an hour on customer services to sort it out for my wife's phone.

I'm trying to do the same and it's not working at all for me. Just takes me to O2 website where it's wanting me to purchase it as a new SIM...

Seems Uswitch have changed their terms and no longer offer deals on O2 except to new customers of O2.
Them's the breaks, alas. 😭

You can always try the likes of Money SuperMarket to upgrade as they have the same deals as uSwitch..
No guarantees but you never know...
