Hi i hope someone can help me, i have a 02 sim only contract and was told that after three months i would be able to upgrade to get a phone, she also mentioned it came with no restrictions. However i have since spoken to some friends who say they had sim only contracts and got told they could get a phone after three months but each time they tried they was turned down, also looking at my account it has two diffrent upgrade dates one for three months and one for a year, i am just a bit confused the lady in the shop seemed for sure i would be able to upgrade in three months to get a phone, but i am worried this is not the case now, would anyone be able to shed some light for me and any advice regarding this.
