Sim only new customer

hiya I order a 18 mouth sim only contact over a week ago and I’ve had nothing back only 1 email saying to confirm my email address only  dose anyone no how long it takes for a new customer

Sounds like a credit check referral but did you receive any emails to confirm the acceptance. Might have been in your spam folder

Hiya I done a online chat with o2 last night and asked how long it’s going to take they said ASAP but still don’t no what’s going on??????
