Solved: Sim only contract disappeared from basket?

Hi there, I had in my basket last night a new pay monthly contract for 24mths for £10 and went to pay this morning and the contract has been removed from my basket. I can't find it anywhere on O2 today. Can anybody point me in the right direction please? Thanks Kate

It would have been removed as you didn't pay last night whilst it was in the basket.

You could try again now or call O2 tomorrow on any number in this guide
