Hi..I have recently got a "sim not provisioned" message on my fone. I have been to my O2 shop twice now..each time they put a new sim in..I was told to wait 24hrs in both cases for the new sim to work..Still not working...I have been without data and calls for a week now..I guess another trip to the store on Saturday..can someone help please..Peter.
