Sim not provisioned after porting number

I was booked for A number port today, email said it would be complete by 6 

I've lost service on old sim 

Been restarting this device with o2 sim every half hour or so 

Phone keeps showing Sim not provisioned emergency calls only on every restart 

Is this normal?

Quite a few problems with porting today.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
