Sim is still on my old phone

I needed my esim to be transferred to my new phone and I have had no success in the 02 shop or with 4 different phone calls.  For 3 days I have missed important phone calls yet I purchased a black Friday offer sim.

Cannot seem to download a esim.

Really just feel like leaving but I am also a VM customer

Why not just get a Physical Sim from the o2 store, rather than messing around with an esim?? would be the easiest option....
