Hi I am part of a small voluntary group. Unfortunately, our sim card for our pay as you go phone doesn't work. I think it is damaged. How can we get a new one.

Quickest way is to call into a O2 shop.
They will give you a new one and activate it for you.

You may have to wait 24 hours for the remaining credit to be transferred over after the system updates.
