I have just ordered a new phone on my account that is on a four week delay but now my existing phone is saying it has no sim and won’t work

@Smithy53 If you have an O2 store nearby you could call in and they will issue you a new sim for your account. If you are unable to go to a store you can call customer service. Numbers are in this link: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

Use the Lost/Stolen or Fraud option to get through, or you will just get disconnected.
