How do I go from a contract to a sim  I can't find any contacts at o2 to chat to 

. My 2year contract is up tomorrow

Use the upgrade option in your MyO2.

Hi @bigalba135 ,

 

You can upgrade via the Myo2 app or via the website. You can switch to a sim only and all your details will be the same ie Same sim card, number, direct debit details, billing date etc
