Solved: Sim card

Hi, I bought a new phone which require nano sim card and my currently sim is micro size. How I ca get the size I need with all the information transfered on the new sim card? I heard O2 is sending them via post and then through the website you can activete it but unfortunately I did not find any information how to make it happen on O2 website.

Hi @Anonymous you can pop into your local o2 shop & they will give you a nano sim & do the swap for you or you can get one online then do a sim swap when you received the sim

You need to call 202 if you want one delivered.
