Hi, just received my new phone thanks but there is no sim card with it is it supposed to have one or do you send seperatly?

It should come with a new sim so you can get 5G if possible. Until then you can use your old sim.

Call O2 for a new sim, then do a sim swap. Or pop instore. If calling follow this info

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402
