Sim card not provisioned for voice

Hi

 

My new sim card is coming up as Sim card not provisioned for voice I tried to phone in but they are only dealing with lost or stole phones. How do I get this sorted. I cant call or text.

Can you use your old sim for the time being or to call from to activate your new one ?

Thats it working I dont know why they sent out the new sim. my old sim was 5g too. rofl

You might have to say upgrade or fraud if you call to get put through to an advisor.
