Sim card not arrived?

I ordered a sim card on contract for 12 months over a week ago and it hasn't arrived, it says it should take up to 3 working days but it's been well over that. Anyone know what's happening?

Use the Live Chat link in the Most Popular section at the bottom of the page, they are very helpful and will be able to resolve this for you. Anytime I have ordered a SIM it has been here within 2 - 3 days.

As long as they are able to get through to Live Chat .....many people still reporting problems @Anonymous
