Sim card issue.

I've upgraded my old phone account and got a new phone but I never used the number (sim).

The new sim sent with the new phone won't activate and I'm currently using another sim to use my new phone... 

How can I get the new sim to activate as I'm struggling to get any information through the site and trying to get through is hard work.

You can use your old sim or sim swap to the new one if you can get 5g.
