how can i get a child account added to my existing one?

new number and new sim that is linked to my account?

O2 have disabled the ability to bring other accounts or products I to your MyO2 until they have finished moving everyone to the new 360 back end billing system, @Kamile - best option is a PAYG phone and SIM until that functionality is reenabled, I think.

There are no specific child accounts but PAYG might be a better option so there's no risk of high bills.
