If you're also referring to transferring your contacts, you need to back them up to your Gmail account, and transfer them to the new phone when you set up your Gmail account on it.

Hi,

You need to pick up the correct sized sim card from an 02 shop or ring them to have one posted out.

Dial 202 if your a contract Customer.

Dial 4445 if your a payg customer.

Or speak to them via Live Chat.

If you collect one then they can do the transfer in store or do it at home via this link.

Take into account it takes from approx 2 hours to 24 hours to fully activate, and by turning your phone off and on throughout this period helps to reset your services.
