Good Evening,
I have recently initiated a sim swap to retain my existing mobile number on a new Lumia 710 Smart Phone. The number and credit has been successfully transferred but I had expected that, as a swap is by definition a 2 way transaction. I had assumed that the original Smart Phone number would be transferred to the old mobile. Is it possible to establish if that reverse transfer has taken place? I assume that one would have to contact O2 support to establish whether this has happened.
Any comment would be gratefully received.

When a sim swap is done the old sim gets disconnected, it's just a number transfer.
