Similar situation for me. The simswap was put through on Friday around 3pm. The old sim has been deactivated but no activation of the new sim so my number is currently off the grid. Contacted customer services yesterday afternoon who assured me all would be sorted in a few hours, but woke this morning to find nothing changed. Very annoying.
