Sim Swap

I have just upgraded my phone and done the whole sim swap thing. Now my old sim has gone inactive instantly, my new one will only allow texts in and out. I cannot make or take calls, I did the swap at 6PM and all texts worked instantly but still no calls. Is this an issue that won't resolve do I need to call O2 or will this take further time to complete?

Just keep rebooting your phone until the swap has completed fully,

Alright, it's literally just the calls that haven't pulled through. I need it for work, but if it's normal I will use a pay and go for the moment until it is all completed.
