Sim Swap order stuck

So, I have an order for a sim swap, the sim has swapped and currently working on the new sim but the order has been sitting for 2 weeks as processing... anyone know quickest way to get it marked as complete?

You will need to speak to o2 and ask them why its taking so long and how long to be resolved / completed..

@Kei-M_O2 Is it possible to find out what is going on with simswaps both to esims and normal sims, as these posts and threads about this are getting quite frequent
