Sim Registration Failed

About 4 days ago, this popped up and I have been able to use my phone since.

Looked all over forums, they say the number gets blocked after so long without a call or top-up. I topped up the 24th and make/recieve calls everyday. Also, my number is still listed in my account details on here.

Any advice, or will this take an expensive call to o2 to fix? Seeing as I can't ring them free off my now deactivated phone.

Sounds like a Home Location Register issue unless of course your SIM is dying.

You will indeed need to contact O2 to get this fixed.

MY SIM IS WORKING FINE IN ANOTHER MOBILE JUST NOT MY OWN ON THE TOP LEFT OF THE SCREEN I GET A SMALL LETTER H... THIS USED TO BE A G DUNNO IF THAT MEANS ANYTHING, SOMEONE HAS SUGGESTED THE PHONE MAY BE FAULTY BUT THE CAMERA WORKS SO DOES THE INTERNET AND MUSIC ETC JUST NOT CALLS AND TXTS??

If your sim is ok in another phone, then it's your handset that is the problem.
Ring customer service to see if the IMEI has been barred for any reason.
If not, you may have to have the phone repaired.
