I did not upgrade at the end of my previous contract but bought a new phone in Tesco and changed to a Sim Only plan,that was in September past I have been charged £6 per month for Insurance since ,How do I recover my money I don't think I should have to pay for Insurance I don't want and should have expired at the end of my contract can anyone help

No it doesn't. Anyone can easily delete that. And even if it said the name of your device, it doesn't say it came from Tesco. It also doesn't negate the fact that you were unaware of what was being taken from your account for your insurance for six months, so how is this anyone's fault but your own?

But all that is irrelevant unfortunately.
The only chance you have of fixing this is to call, as I said ages ago.
We are all customers like yourself and can do nothing for you I’m afraid mate.
