Hello
In Feb 2023 i took out two sim only plans. O2 has created two different account numbers which means two separate direct debits. Is there any of having both numbers under one account number so that only one direct debit is taken for both numbers? Also i want to bring over a third number to O2, so if it can't then that would mean that there would be three direct debits every month (one for each number).
Thanks,
Nabeel

The way it works with O2 is that you have a seperate bill for each number.

Reply i got from online chat: We’re in the process of improving our IT systems which will enable customers to have more options on how they manage your O2 accounts online.
We’re making some improvements to our IT systems and that the ability to link/merge accounts was removed as part of this work.
If you have two or more numbers, We apologise for the inconvenience, but you'll need to log in to the MyO2 accounts separately.
