Can anybody help with the following questions:

 

Is it possible to speak to an agent via the virtual chat bot , as it seems impossible 

Is port in next day if done next working day

What is the EU roaming limit 

Do they have Wi-Fi and 4g calling

When does the contract start, on the day you order or when you put the SIM card in your phone

I assume if you're not happy you can cancel with in the first 14 days

Do they allow three-way calling

 

Sorry for all the questions never switched before

1 - Occasionally but generally useless at best.

2 - Next day if requested Monday to Thursday, however, seems to be taking 48 hours lately.

3 - 25gb per billing cycle Roaming in Europe | Pay Monthly | Help | O2

4 - Yes

5 - The day your order is approved

6 - Yes

7 - Yes
