All of a sudden I get this message ‘sim failure’
can anyone offer advice?
I’ve backed up my phone. I’ve taken the sim out and put it back. Turned the phone off and on.
nothing! I can only use my phone with a WiFi connection

@WhatsUp The quickest way for you to get a new sim would be to go in store, if you have one nearby, and they will set the new sim up for you. Be sure to bring identification with you.
If that's not an option for you, download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype and call customer service on 0800 032 1402.
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
