I have recently bought a new phone and a pay monthly contract (was previously on pay as you go) and the product was fine when it arrived, however, I wanted to keep my phone number so I went through the o2 website to do this where it told me it would be done the next day. The next day, both my old phone with my old sim and my new phone with my new sim were saying something along the lines of "sim failed authentication". I couldn't click on this notification or anything but eventually, after resetting my phone, it disappeared. Since then, my phone number on both sims remain the same as they were, but now my phone wont connect to mobile data.
