Ok 5 pages into the thread...but working on the theory that there is no such thing as a stupid question...what on earth is /are sim boxes?

I had read all the thread @Beenherebefore ...but just really wanted to know what the sim boxes were...and why it caused so much debate if you like.

I had never heard of sim boxes before...and now I have...
