Hello
I applied for a new contract on Saturday, online.
I had an automated response saying they may need more info and a decision would take 24hours.
I heard nothing more until yesterday when I had an email stating my order ref and saying my order would be dispatched shortly and I would receive a text or email once it had.
Does this mean it has been accepted?

I have still had no text/email of dispatch could this be down to demand or may I not get it until later?

The only way to find out is to call customer service in all honesty...

So I spoke to someone on chat yesterday who said my order was being despatched today.... Still no email or text

Hi @Anonymous Personally I would contact customer services via phone and ask about the status of your order. Obviously Live Chat have got it wrong ...
