Hello
I applied for a new contract on Saturday, online.
I had an automated response saying they may need more info and a decision would take 24hours.
I heard nothing more until yesterday when I had an email stating my order ref and saying my order would be dispatched shortly and I would receive a text or email once it had.
Does this mean it has been accepted?

Hi @Anonymous it 'can' be sent on the 24th...but definitely 25th if you are getting it that day. If you have no info and no phone by 25th you may want to contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
