You could follow the advice in this thread

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-can-I-sort-out-my-network-issues/ba-p/1014088

If it doesn't help then you may need to think about changing networks?

If you are a business customer with O2,  you may be eligible for a Boost box

@Mohsen Ask anyone who comes to your house what network they are on and how good their signal is. You could use that as a basis for trying to either troubleshoot your phone or selecting a new network.

I had been with the same provider for years without trouble, but lost all signal after moving to a more rural area. My daughter was already on O2 so I knew it would be ok to switch to them.
