Signal problems

Hi,
For the past week I've had no signal at home. Service status for mast suggests there is a problem (SO53 area). This is getting a joke though, is there any estimate on how long until it will be resolved? Very disappointed in O2 this year and I've been with you for over a decade.

Mast issues o2 will not comment on timescales etc.

 

But if they know about it then it will be fixed asap.
