Anyone else having this issue? Seems to be ongoing intermittant since last Tues 18th, though since the weekend we have had no reception on our street at all?!?!? Also seems to be dodgy all the way on Upper street as well.
Spoke to O2 support yesterday, after 25 mins on the phone they admitted a problem but could give no ETA for a fix. Down again today on Xmas day so no callreform family etc, though I don't expect much to be done the next grew days, pretty frustrating especially seeing the O2 status page report no known faults for our postcode!!!!

Exactly, 'unscheduled maintenance' is a tricky one. It can take time to get to the root of the problem, and then actually find a solution.

Repairs to masts can be time consuming as we don't know what is needed to fix it, I can only say they won't want it down for a minute longer than necessary.
Changing suppliers may not make any difference as they all have these problems from time to time.
If your phone is unlocked you could try another networks sim to help until this is fixed.
Hopefully when the TuGo app is up and running these location specific problems will be a thing of the past (for those of us that have WiFi access anyway).
