You can get an estimate here O2 Service Status but the best way is to check with a PAYG sim first.

I'm looking for people who are on o2 in Wales as its pointless me checking that as it ain't always right just like coverage checker ain't always right

Like I said, get a PAYG sim and check it yourself.

Unless someone answers who lives in your house, it ain't gonna be accurate either.

Good 4G signal between Bridgend and Carmarthen. Not come across 5G but apparently they have it in parts of Swansea.
