Signal down AGAIN... Can I get out contract? Please help

Hi

This is my ever post. 

I'm so frustrated as may phone was done all day yesterday and only worked without the 3G.

 

This was the same in July for a few days.

 

I have the iPhone 4S and still in 24m contact until June 2013.

 

is there anyway I can end the contract without incurring fees???

 

Please advise slight_smile

Terms and conditions for ANY contract will always be written in favour of the service provider I'm afraid.

Although I guarantee many people will be thinking of O2 as a Non-service provider at the moment!

Veest is correct these outages are covered in the T&Cs so unfortunately you can't claim a breech of contract sorry
