Check your bills for premium messages! Maybe if will all speak up they will be banned. Speak up people!!!!!!! and letS get it sorted. I hate scammers soooooooooooooooo mmmmmmuuuuuchhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

You seem to think it's only O2 and only you that has this problem.
Everybody on all networks suffer this and if you follow the advice given you will help to stop it.

@Anonymous wrote:I don't want to start an argument but once you've reported it to o2 as spam surely its their job to sort it out why should the customer have to do it
Because it's your phone on an open network and they can't be stopped by the network.
If you want more do nothing.

No i dont think it is only me and O2 at 100% to blame. You are missing my point. Im saying if O2 check peoples bills properly they would see it as spam and at least prompt you to look into it before it gets out of hand thats all. I do think O2 has some responsibility to there customers.

If they cant be stopped by the network why do they say report to spam that would be pointless if they cant stop it

I don't know if you're being serious with these questions, when you report spam it goes to a central agency that can take action and can often shut these firms down.
Do some research and you'll find out.
Do you really want the network to be vetting all your incoming calls and messages?

The issue is that they buy payg sims with unlimited sms (hence why payg o2 sims are not unlimited now) and put in machines that mass sms number ranges.
7726 will allow the networks to block that particular number but they just buy another one.
If yours were shortcodes then only phonepayplus can resolve it and texting stop or stop all was the correct advice from o2 as it was a shortcode.
