Anybody else had this?  Text stop it doesnt work possibly down to O2 signal fault.  But its my fault!  How does that work!  O2 needs to stop this asap.  Check your bills for premium messages! Maybe if will all speak up  they will be banned. Speak up people!!!!!!! and letS get it sorted.  I hate scammers soooooooooooooooo mmmmmmuuuuuchhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

O2 cannot stop these, pass the details here:

http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/

Check here and report it to O2 if there's nothing showing:

http://status.o2.co.uk/

You can't assume just because you have a problem that there is some widespread signal issue.

You are getting premium text charges because you have agreed to their service - Nothing to do with O2 and not their responsibility (nor any other network). Deal with the issue as above then don't sign up to anymore.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

It is not just me having problems with signal.  Most people i know thats on O2 is getting random signal!

I hate these companies.  They have no right to do this to people.  I believe that o2 should monitor peoples bills and abnormal activity such as this should be stopped and reported to you immediately.   Or you should be given the oportunity to accept the charges or not before the message comes to you.  Lets face it this company could charge me thousands if they wanted!

That's why they are called scams. If they were honest and upfront about ripping you off you'd never agree to it....
