Yes maybe but my problem is quite a little problem which could easily be resolved! And to be honest everyone is entitled to their own opinion and my opinion judging from how I've been treated is not good of o2!

Next time, buy an iPhone and you won't have to deal with O2 directly. Problem solved.
I was glad to get rid of my Curve and get an iPhone 4, however, we often see people in here that are actually bored with their phone and appear to invent reasons for O2 to swap it out.
Many Blackberry's end up with moisture issues, especially those with the old trackball. Poor design, but big screen smartphones do bring out the worst in those that don't own them.
Don't waste money in paying off your contract. The iPhone 5 will be a settled handset by December, be patient. If you go down the Korean HTC/Samdung route, you deserve all that comes your way.
