Sharer Plans

I have just changed my tariff as I saw sharer plans advertised but I have no idea how to set it up, the online guide doesn't help as there is no link in my account to set it up as described in the article. 

Looking online it says they are soon to be discontinued which is frustrating as I only upgraded my tariff this month!

But until they are discontinued does anyone know how to set it up? Ironically as this is a phone network I HATE calling people and will more than likely just downgrade my contract if I can't figure it out. I see no option for an online chat option to contact O2.

Nope - @Martin-O2 has to sanity check it, by all accounts, before moving it back into the publicly-accessible part of the Forum,@jonsie.

I still get the BRFO message 😁
