How do I configure a recurring payment online for this sim. It used to be a part of my virgin media deal. Hopwever now it has been transfered to o2 I'm getting threatening messages every month instead of a regular payment being taken.

it should have been in the same direct debit mandate if you want to change it log in with your phone number or virgin media email and change it in your account settings or contact o2 via https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus and ask them to change it for you
