I’ve received a new phone and am experiencing problems as follows

1 Emergency calls only
2 Sum not provisioned message
3 unable to select my free gift (only options are chargeable)

You may need to activate your sim https://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-sims-and-devices/activating-your-sim
